Helping organizations design neuroinclusive workplaces where everyone can contribute and thrive.

The Diverse Minds Project

The Diverse Minds Project is my ongoing effort to share practical tools, evidence-based ideas, and conversation starters to help you build neuroinclusive environments and psychologically safe cultures.

My Framework

01

Human-Centered  Design

What are we designing?

Human-centered design creates systems, tools, spaces, and processes that help people perform safely, effectively, and with less unnecessary effort. Good design adapts the environment to people rather than expecting people to adapt to the environment.

02

Neuroinclusive Environments

Who are we designing for?

Neuroinclusive environments recognize that people think, communicate, learn, and process information differently. Designing for cognitive diversity helps more people contribute successfully while improving the experience for everyone.

03

Psychological Safety

How should people experience the environment?

Psychological safety creates a culture where people feel safe to speak up, ask questions, make mistakes, and contribute ideas. When trust is present, people learn, innovate and perform at their best.

Neuroinclusive Work Systems

My article in Incident Prevention Magazine explains why designing neuroinclusive work systems is one of the most effective ways to build psychologically safe, high-performing organizations.
